Do I have to sign a long contract?
No annual contracts, ever. Social plans have a 3-month minimum — long enough to gather real data and let the content compound — and then run monthly. After that, you can pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice. Website projects are one-time: 50% deposit to start, balance on completion.
Why is there no long-term lock-in?
Because lock-in changes who the agency works for. If you can leave next month, I have to keep earning your business with results and clear communication — every month. That pressure is good for you, and honestly, it’s good for me too. The clients who stay should stay because it’s working.
How long does a website take?
Most small business websites take 3–6 weeks from deposit to launch, depending on scope and how quickly content (text, photos) comes together — I help shape both. For social plans, your profile setup and first content are typically live within the first two weeks.
What does the free growth audit include?
A review of your website, your Instagram, and your visibility on Google — compared against local competitors. You get three clear priorities in plain language: what’s costing you clients, in what order to fix it, and what you can do yourself for free. No obligation attached.
What do you need from me each month?
Short video clips filmed on your phone — I send exact instructions and scripts, and 30–60 minutes of filming usually covers a month. I handle planning, scripting, editing, captions and publishing. Graphics and video edits include up to two rounds of revisions per item.
How do payments and VAT work?
Social plans are billed monthly in advance. Website projects take a 50% deposit, with the balance due on completion. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT; EU business clients may be eligible for reverse-charge VAT. Flexible and part-payment options are available — just ask.
