Hi, I'm Kasra. I started this because good businesses were losing to worse ones.
Not worse at the craft — worse at being found. I kept meeting salon owners, clinic managers and café operators who were excellent at what they do, while a mediocre competitor two streets over collected their clients with a faster website and a more consistent Instagram.
That gap isn’t talent. It’s a system — and a system can be built. So I built AB Online Services around exactly that: website design for small businesses and Instagram-first social media management, run with the discipline of data instead of the noise of trends.
I’m based in Berlin and work remotely with owners across Europe, the UK and Canada. You’ll never be handed to an account manager, because there isn’t one. There’s me.

Time = Money
You run a business; every hour I take from you costs you money. So: short calls, async updates, plain language, and deadlines that are set once and kept. If something needs 10 minutes, it gets a voice note, not a meeting.
Logic + Data
Design taste is cheap; evidence isn’t. Decisions here start from what can be checked — search demand, profile visits, enquiries. When I recommend something, you’ll always hear the reasoning, not just the price.
Results-Driven
The unit of success is a booked client, not a like. I won’t promise numbers no honest person can promise — I will build, measure and adjust until the system points at one thing: enquiries.
What working with me actually feels like
Peer to peer — one owner talking to another. Here’s the honest shape of it:
- You message me directly. WhatsApp for quick things, email for documents. The person who answers is the person doing the work.
- You'll understand every report. No dashboards you need a translator for — what happened, what it means, what we do next.
- You'll hear “no” when it's true. If you don't need a bigger package — or don't need me at all yet — I'll say so. It's cheaper for both of us long-term.
- The workload sits with me. You film short clips on your phone; I handle planning, scripting, editing, captions and publishing.
- You stay free to leave. After a fair 3-month start, plans run monthly. I'd rather re-earn your business every month than lock you in.
